Welcome to Winbive. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Winbive platform. By creating an account or using our services, you are deemed to have automatically agreed to these Terms. Please read this document carefully before you begin.

General Terms & Conditions

Winbive is an online gaming platform offering lottery, Sports Betting, Live Casino, and a range of other gaming services to users in Bangladesh. By using any Winbive service, you are legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions are available in both Bangla and English. In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, the Bangla version shall be considered definitive.

• Users will be notified by email or in-app notification before any changes take effect.
• Continued use of the service after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• These terms apply to personal, non-commercial use only. Use for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
• Winbive services must not be used in any way that causes harm to third parties.

Account Registration

A valid account is required to use Winbive services. Providing accurate and truthful information at registration is mandatory. Accounts created with false information may be terminated at any time.

Information required for registration:

• Full name (as it appears on your National ID or passport)
• Active Bangladeshi mobile number
• Valid email address
• Date of birth (for age verification)
• Permanent address

Account Security:

Each person may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended. It is your responsibility to keep your password confidential — Winbive will never ask for your password.

Age & Eligibility

Winbive's services are strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account or using any of our services.

• Users must declare their age at registration, and Winbive reserves the right to verify age at any time.
• Providing false age information may result in account termination and forfeiture of deposited funds.
• Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that minors do not access or use this platform.
• Citizens of Bangladesh or individuals residing in Bangladesh are eligible to use Winbive.
• Users from prohibited countries or regions are not permitted to use this service.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Winbive currently supports transactions via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT).

Deposit Rules:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly.
• Only deposit from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through a third party are not allowed.

Withdrawal Rules:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 BDT.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–48 hours.
• KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Winbive reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious transactions.

Bonuses & Promotions

Winbive regularly runs a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms that must be followed.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the required wagering amount has been completed.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified timeframe after accepting a bonus.
• Attempting to claim bonuses by creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being terminated.
• Winbive reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• To qualify for a referral bonus, the referred person must be a genuine new user.

Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all gameplay on Winbive. Violations of these Terms & Conditions may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

• Each game has its own rules — please read them before you start playing.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error or disconnection, the bet amount will be refunded.
• Cheating or using unauthorized software in any game is strictly prohibited.
• If you have any doubts about a game result, you must submit a complaint within the specified time period.
• Lottery draws are fully random and verifiable — results cannot be altered under any circumstances.
• For Sports Betting, bets cannot be changed once a match has started.

Prohibited Activities:

• Using bots or automated software.
• Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities or bugs in any game.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Playing under a false or concealed identity.

Security & Privacy

Winbive takes user data protection seriously. Our platform uses 256-bit SSL encryption to keep every transaction and piece of personal information fully secure.

• Your personal information will never be sold to third parties.
• Information will not be disclosed except where required by law.
• We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account.

Account Suspension & Termination

Winbive reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account in the following circumstances:

• Violating any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Creating an account using false information.
• Involvement in fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Attempting to manipulate or exploit the platform through technical means.

Users may also request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance will be refunded; however, unused bonus funds will be forfeited.

Responsible Gaming

Winbive firmly believes that gaming is for entertainment — not as a source of income or a way to cope with stress. We encourage all players to game responsibly.

Dispute Resolution

Should any dispute arise between Winbive and a user, both parties will first attempt to resolve it through direct discussion.

• Winbive will respond to complaints within 7 business days.
• If a resolution cannot be reached, either party may apply for independent mediation.
• Any legal disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.

Terms & Conditions Update

Winbive reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Registered users will be notified by email at least 7 days before any changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
